CognifySystems is an applied-AI engineering team based in Noida, India. This policy explains what information we collect through cognifysystems.in and how we use it. Questions about it can go to workwithcognifysystems@gmail.com.

Contact form. When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you add one) and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-handling service.

Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

AI assistant. Messages you type into the chat assistant on this site are sent to AI model providers (Groq, with NVIDIA as a fallback) to generate a reply. We do not save chat conversations on our side. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate visits, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and deliver work you ask us about, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to train AI models.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing workwithcognifysystems@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
